SWAT Maintenance Membership – Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
By enrolling in the SWAT Maintenance Membership Program (“Membership”), you agree to receive scheduled home maintenance services per your selected plan tier and frequency and authorize monthly or annual billing starting at sign-up. These terms govern your participation in the program and define expectations, billing, and cancellation policies.
2. Billing & Payments / Cancellations & Early Termination
Monthly Plan:
- Your card will be charged immediately after sign up or during the first week of the month, and then set up on autopay monthly.
- Services are scheduled on a seasonal calendar or on your preferred dates.
- No minimum commitment — cancel anytime.
- Payments already made are non-refundable. If you cancel before 12 months, services rendered will be billed at full price, and any balance due will be charged at cancellation.
Annual Plan:
- Billed at the time of sign-up, auto-renewed yearly.
- Includes an additional 5% discount over the monthly rate.
- Cancellations within 7 days (before services begin) receive a full refund.
- After 7 days, cancellations may be partially refundable based on services rendered; otherwise, non-refundable.
3. Service Scheduling
- SWAT will contact you shortly after enrollment to schedule services.
- You’ll receive reminders before each scheduled visit.
- Reschedules require at least 72 hours’ notice.
4. Additional Terms
- Membership benefits (discounts, scheduling, portal access, etc.) are exclusive to active members and cannot be transferred or combined with other offers.
- “2+ times/year” means window cleaning is scheduled at least twice annually; services may be split across visits.
- Plan tiers cannot be downgraded within 12 months but can be upgraded anytime.
- 2-Year Price Lock applies from your first payment
